Second time through, hit arms today and got a great workout and elbows do not hurt at all so good news.

I think using lighter weight and more reps is the biggest change and I still get a great pump and burn.

Did chest today and despite my thoughts going in got a great workout and certainly felt the burn.

Just moving into my 57th trip around the sun and starting to feel the trips have slowed me down and also feel like i'm becoming more prone to injuries. Happy to be a part of the group and look forward to the future, building strengeth and knowledge about training smarter.

Consistent with 3-4 times a week in the gym. Just coming off a back strain that put me out for a week. Like the lighter weight more reps as I think that will help me maintain and also prevent injury. Also would like to incorporate some daily stretching yoga to ensure I do not lose flexibility.
