🎥 Mindset Barriers To Healing: Limited Beliefs, Goal Setting, and Self-Acceptance
On today's office hours we dove deep into how mindset can stall progress on your health journey! The major topics: ⭐Core Mindset Barriers Identified Believing healing is possible and feeling worthy of health are foundational requirements for recovery. These internal beliefs dictate whether we pursue necessary actions or remain stuck in inaction. ⭐Addressing Unrealistic Goal Setting Focusing on distant outcomes without small, manageable steps creates a destructive all-or-nothing mentality. Establishing sustainable daily habits remains more effective than fixating on perfect results. ⭐Acceptance and Compassionate Growth True evolution requires balancing radical self-acceptance with a commitment to change. Developing the capacity for discomfort allows individuals to navigate the non-linear nature of healing. ⬇️ DROP YOUR BIGGEST TAKEAWAY BELOW!

Hi everyone. I am a 30 year old divorced single mom of a special needs toddler. In the past few years I have gone through a lot, had many changes and challenges and always struggled with my anxiety and just feeling good. It got especially hard after the birth of my son. I gained more weight postpartum and couldn’t lose it, mentally I was struggling with my self worth, my memory and cognition, I was always tired and sluggish. I have been in therapy and changed jobs where I am on my feet more and feel more purpose but I can’t help but feel there is still some things that aren’t right with my gut regarding my stress and anxiety. I am excited to learn more and hope to feel better. Megan

Cortisol 11.4 Pain in hands and feet / arthritis 24/7 post nasal drip / allergies Fingernails are developing ridges Family history of heart issues I'd like to lose 15 pounds I'd like to have more energy. Thank you. Pauline

She was training 5x a week and still failing her test
She was not making excuses. She was an Army physical therapist who knew her body. She knew something was wrong. Her name is Stephanie and despite training five to six times a week, she could not hit her fitness metrics. She was gaining weight, losing strength, and running out of explanations. Her thyroid had been checked. It was within normal range. When she came to Root Rx, we looked at the pattern, not just the individual values, but the relationship between them, alongside her full symptom history. What emerged was a picture of subclinical hypothyroidism: not detectable from a single number, but visible when the complete panel was read together. With the right nutritional support and supplementation, her strength improved significantly. She passed her Army Fitness Test and broke personal records. Her labs were not wrong. They just needed someone to read the whole picture. What would change for you if your full picture was finally seen? Tell us in one sentence below 👇
