@Cas Lillico hey there! I asked because if there’s malabsorption in the gut then that would mean despite what you’re eating, you may not actually be absorbing and able to utilize it. That could cause a lack of the nutrients and building blocks you need for muscle building but of course that’s just one possibility. We’d have to work with you more in depth inside our program to get more answers, context, and be able to help you with this 😊 PS the lactic acid (which is lactate and hydrogen) role in muscle soreness is a myth! The hydrogen (or acid portion) can contribute to muscle soreness but lactate is actually an energy source for muscles - it increases when breakdown happens to support reparation, and it doesn’t build up - it goes away quite quickly :) I learned that recently as well!

@Sym J if you want to support your blood sugar and digestion, real meals and recurring times will be a game changer! If you do snacks, make sure they are always anchored with 10-15g protein and some fiber to reduce sugar spikes and crashes

Vagusnervstimulation with tvns
Today I got the tvns I've ordered and had my first session! It tickled a little and during the session it felt as if my tiredness was enhanced but I couldn't see any difference in stress/hrv while using it. Anyone else that have tried and got a vagus nerve response?

Love this! You’ll likely need more consistent and frequent use to notice changes in your HRV or stress! Keep it up and stay curious about any shifts you notice :)
