Your missing out if you have not tried this hack!!!!
Running the simple gap analysis that igor posted in "Hacks of the Week" has been a game-changer for my work. Instead of vaguely trying to “be different,” I can now see exactly where the crowd is clustered, where clients are still underserved, and where there’s real room to build value. It turns a fuzzy sense of “competition” into a concrete map of opportunities, blind spots, and leverage points I can design around on purpose instead of by accident. It also makes my AI work 10x more effective, because I’m no longer asking for generic ideas—I’m feeding it a clear picture of what already exists and then directing it toward the empty spaces. That means more focused offers, sharper messaging, and product ideas that are naturally more aligned with real unmet needs, not just what sounds good in my head.
Why I Switched from CHATGPT PLUS to GEMINI PRO (Now “Nautilus”)
After logging 300+hours of intensive AI use in the last six weeks, after the AI bootcamp, 40 days ago from Nov 6th, 2025, running real workflows—not demos—I made a decisive platform shift to GEMINI PRO. Below is the exact rationale, from my personal and practical use documented for transparency and repeatability at the request of some of my followers. ChatGPT — Limitations Observed in High-Intensity Use (300+ Hours of Practical Work) ✘ Inconsistent reliability during peak usage hours; frequent bottlenecks ✘ Constantly have to reopen new chats to continue an existing workflow ✘ Consistently forces the user to refresh the chat when it crashes ✘ Uses DALL·E for image generation (Inferior MCP connector) ✘ Very poor quality in image AI generation ✘ Uses report PDF generator, which is inaccurate and does not parse text properly ✘ Does not produce native video outputs in comparison to Gemini Pro VEO 3 or upcoming VEO 4 power ✘ Does not integrate like Gemini Pro with Google Videos, Products, and Workspace ✘ Does not check Gmail inside the chat interface ✘ Uses folders, but does not use Gems like Gemini Pro, which are sub-agents with rules, (Time Saver) Gemini Pro — Why I Transitioned (Now Operating as “Nautilus”) ✔ Exported ENTIRE history of conversations from ChatGPT to Gemini Pro very easily. ✔ Stronger long-context persistence across extended conversations ✔ Stable performance during sustained, high-intensity usage ✔ Supports structured agent orchestration with Gems ✔ Enables purpose-built autonomous agents (“Tritons”) ✔ Reduces prompt redundancy through retained role-specific logic ✔ Scales horizontally without performance collapse ✔ Better aligned with real business, automation, and execution workflows ✔ Superior image creation with Nana Banana Pro ✔ Superior creation of videos with VEO3 & VEO4 ✔ Checks Gmail inside Gemini Pro chat interface (Genesis Pro user face) ✔ Pulls YouTube videos directly inside the UI chatbox, which GPT does not do ✔ Grabs direct research from Google, which ChatGPT cannot do

Outstanding! Thank you!!! I feel the pain of the consistent crashing of the chats.
This Is What Commitment Actually Looks Like
I just want to take a moment to say this... I’m genuinely proud of you. Not because this is easy. Not because you have it all figured out. But because you’re leaning into the work anyway. Adapting is uncomfortable. Learning new tools stretches you. Changing how you think, move, and operate takes effort. And most people avoid that. Most people wait until it feels simple. Until it feels familiar. Until someone else proves it first. You didn’t. You are committed to the tools. You are staying in the room. You choose to get better instead of staying comfortable. That tells me everything I need to know. When things change and you don’t opt out… When you feel resistance and lean in anyway… That’s what separates the few from the many. This is how real growth happens. Not overnight. Not perfectly. But consistently. Keep going. You’re exactly where you should be.

Thank you for your commitment to the group.
AI is Da Bomb! 💣💥
I ran into an issue with the certificate. The file was very blurry and essentially unreadable. My name also didn’t appear on the correct line and was pushed onto a second page. Rather than adding another ticket to an already busy support queue, I fixed it myself using Banano. If you’re having trouble getting a clean, professional-looking certificate, Banano is a solid solution. PS—ChatGPT was a little uptight and wouldn’t do it.

Thanks for this information! I had the same problem. I will give it a try!
📰 AI News: Featured Chrome VPN Caught Intercepting Millions Of AI Chats
📝 TL;DR A massively popular Chrome VPN extension with a “Featured” badge was quietly logging people’s AI chats and sending them to its own servers. If you are using a browser VPN or “AI protection” extension, this is your reminder to check what you have installed. 🧠 Overview A Chrome extension with around six million users and an official “Featured” badge was found intercepting every prompt and response from major AI chatbots, including ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, Meta AI, and Perplexity. The data was captured in the browser and forwarded to servers controlled by the extension’s publisher and an associated data company. This is less about a single bad extension and more about how easily trust in the browser extension ecosystem can be abused. 📜 The Announcement On December 15, 2025, security researchers revealed that a popular VPN browser extension turned into an AI data vacuum after a July 9 update. The extension, promoted as a “secure free VPN” and carrying a “Featured” badge in the Chrome Web Store, added code to silently monitor AI chat pages and harvest conversations by default. The same AI chat harvesting behavior was also spotted in three related extensions across Chrome and Edge, pushing the total affected install base to over eight million users. ⚙️ How It Works • Targeted AI sites - The extension ships special scripts for each major AI chatbot, for example for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others, which activate whenever you visit those sites. • Browser API hijack - The script overrides key browser network functions like fetch and XMLHttpRequest so every AI request goes through the extension first. • Full conversation capture - It collects your prompts, the AI responses, conversation IDs, timestamps, session metadata, and which AI platform or model you are using. • Silent data exfiltration - That data is then sent to remote analytics servers controlled by the extension operator and shared with an affiliated ad intelligence and brand monitoring company.

Thank you for sharing this. Thank goodness I do not use many extension but certainly need to check them. The question is how are we to know what they are up to? Do we know the name of the extension they are speaking of in the post?
