WINS at 52 Years ...
MIND, BODY, SPIRIT AND SOUL What if strength isn’t measured in seconds, but inner silence? Last week, I held this wall sit for 35 seconds to feel the quiet part of me that didn’t give up. Two years ago, I wouldn’t have tried. After losing 125 lbs and learning to listen to the body (not punish it), strength now whispers in new tones. I’m 52. I use patches to support the nervous system. But mostly, I let frequency lead. Last week, the walls held me. And I held myself. What have your WINS been lately? How are you holding yourself?

Old MacDonald Had a Farm
When I was little, I wanted to be a farmer.👩‍🌾 I’m not exactly sure where that came from — maybe the pull to nurture, to grow, to create something from the ground up. But lately, I’ve been reflecting on how those early dreams still whisper to us in different forms throughout life. Even if we didn’t follow the exact path, many of those childhood callings still live in what we’re doing now — how we serve, how we connect, how we show up for others. So today’s reflection:✨ What did you want to be when you grew up?✨ Do you see any part of that dream alive in who you are today? There’s no right or wrong answer — just curiosity. Sometimes remembering what lit us up as kids helps us realign with the joy and creativity we’ve buried under “adulthood.” Drop your answer below 👇 — I’d love to see what your younger self imagined and how that dream may still be guiding you today. 🌸

@Sandy Baker that’s awesome! What’s funny to me is how things from our younger years come back to us - like, I haven’t even had a garden yet I can see a future where this idea of growing my own food might fit in to what I become over the next few decades.
Have you been playing someone else’s game?
I’m 52. And just realized I spent over 30 years caught in a cycle that looked like this: → Work until I was sick → Get in debt trying to get well → Finally feel better → Start the cycle all over again Now that I’m healthy, debt-free, and clear-headed… I can finally ask the real question: What kind of game was I playing — and who was it designed to benefit? Because it sure wasn’t built for my freedom, joy, or wellness. I believe this is part of what we’re waking up as women over 40, as humans, as people healing on every level. So today’s invitation: 💭 What game are YOU done playing? 💬 What’s one belief, cycle, or system you’re choosing to step out of now? Drop it in the comments! This space is for truth-telling and reclaiming.

Love and gratitude keep me going… but today it’s hard.
Love and gratitude usually keep me moving… but today is hard.I’ve been letting go of some of my husband’s things after 13 months as a widow, and the sadness hits in waves. I’m sharing this because I know I’m not alone — and I’d love to hear from you. What helps you keep going when life feels heavy? Thank you for sharing. Thank you for seeing me. Share one thing that keeps you going in the comments — I’d love to hold space for each other.

"UNLEARNING" TO HEAL
Something I don’t say often enough: two years ago, I couldn’t walk on my right knee. I weighed 320 pounds and I was carrying the emotional and physical weight of years surviving instead of healing. I had already left mainstream medicine in 2020. Infrared therapy came in 2021 (saunas). Patching with infrared light technology started in 2023 — not for weight loss, but to support my body while it relearned how to trust itself. That was the beginning of the shift. Then, in 2024, my husband died. The grief cracked everything open. I cut sugar, not to change my body but to protect my nervous system. Grief changed how I showed up for myself. Now, in 2025, I’m in personal training. I’m 52 years old and in this video, I’m pushing and pulling 135 pounds: the same amount of weight I once carried on my body. This isn’t a transformation post. It’s a reclaiming of movement., breath. and a life I was told to surrender to insurance codes, prescriptions, and decline that is unstoppable because of aging. And I just want to say this here:If your body still hurts… if you’re still carrying more than people can see. You’re not behind. You’re not late. You’re just on your way. Have you had to unlearn what they told you about healing? What’s one part of your body or story you’re reclaiming now? I’d love to hear it. Have you had to unlearn what they told you about healing?
