MIND, BODY, SPIRIT AND SOUL What if strength isn’t measured in seconds, but inner silence?
Last week, I held this wall sit for 35 seconds to feel the quiet part of me that didn’t give up.
Two years ago, I wouldn’t have tried. After losing 125 lbs and learning to listen to the body (not punish it), strength now whispers in new tones.
I’m 52. I use patches to support the nervous system. But mostly, I let frequency lead.
Last week, the walls held me.
And I held myself.
What have your WINS been lately? How are you holding yourself?
