Let’s Crowdsource ADHD-Friendly Business Hacks 💬
I’ve realized ADHD founders are some of the most resourceful people out there. We find wild, creative ways to get stuff done that no productivity app could ever predict 😂 So I’m curious — what’s your favorite ADHD-friendly business hack that helps you stay consistent? Mine lately: I set a 2-hour “dopamine sprint” timer — I do one key task with music, no distractions, then reward myself with something fun. Keeps me in flow all morning. What’s yours? Let’s drop some real ADHD founder wisdom in this thread 👇

@Reema Rana can you elaborate on that? I don't know what that is but it sounds interesting.

@Rebecca Pay you do want to be careful about reinforcing anxiety in your kids. It's definitely something that I've struggled with. We want to respect their desires and their boundaries, but we also need to help support them through things that they're scared of but that are good for them. Here's a video about the anxiety cycle that I've tried to keep in mind when working with my kids https://youtu.be/D46Y-LDbFWY?si=u7Ma6eWnK7ftqHz1
Hello fellow neurodivergent people!
My name is Sarah, glad to be here! I’ve just exited the corporate grind, phew… and am ready to find purpose and focus on community endeavours. Community is such an important part of life that helps us thrive and I feel a real desire to contribute. My biggest ADHd hurdles right now are executive dysfunction, consistently taking my medication, and being consistent with my gym routine! The usual war we have with ourselves 💁🏻‍♀️ Thanks for reading, looking forward to connecting.

Hi Sarah! I feel ya on the medicine struggles and fighting my brain. I'm trying to get a real workout routine going. I'm going for a slow and steady ramp up to try not to burn out quick again.
🎃 MOSS Mode, Day 18 · Finish Line Energy 🏁
Today I did: - Joined the daily “Eat the Frog” session - Posted the 7-Day Mini-Course. 🎯 That was the big goal for this 3-week sprint, and it’s finally live. - Picked up a CRV coaching session (money = momentum) - Used AI to tighten up my Skool copy - Captured reference screenshots for new art prompts. Reflections: - Realized that constraining myself to “work one hour a day” doesn’t fit the way I’m wired. I need freedom, not friction. "Slow and steady wins the race, but flow-when-ready suits my pace." - I've been neglecting the dog walks. Walking them is good for me, too 🐾 Tomorrow: - Early CRV session - Website cleanup - Generate art for the mini-course.

Dog walks are crucial for me too ✨ what's the course?
Is this an ADHD thing or just an ambivert thing
I often dread getting on calls (Zooms etc.) right before getting on them, but when I'm chatting I enjoy myself. I used to be an extrovert before the Pandemic. Now... I think I'm more ambiverted. If that's even a thing. Or could this just be ADHD?

I know I struggle a lot with getting started doing a lot of things, which can be an ADHD thing.
