常常看完英文文章或聽完一段podcast真的都默默覺得好像都聽懂了！ 但如果被問到：你剛剛懂了什麼?你看到了什麼? 我就卡住了!! 我講不出任何英文句子!😵‍💫 有時我就會陷入迷思的問我自己為什麼英文這麼差?!! 或者要解釋時就跑出一段奇怪的英文~ 這樣的狀況常常發生以前跟外師老師上課時，總被老師用的無奈和莫名其妙的表情看著我， 甚至說被說：你不要再先思考中文然後翻成英文好嗎? 我私底下都會大哭不知所措!😭 今天跟Alley說了我的狀況後，她引導我--先用最簡單的一句話去解釋我了解了什麼? 然後就用那句最簡單的中文去講成英文~ 頓時，我好像又能說英文的感覺！ 我太長一段時間被外師說不要想中文，應該讓英文直接輸出這件事情， 但是~~~ 對啊 我就是中文母語人士啊!如果我連中文都無法解釋我剛剛理解了什麼? 我到底是要怎麼用英文分享??!!😏 謝謝Alley的指導，讓我今天有大大的突破和收獲💡

Today, my friends and I went to the theater to watch a movie. We hadn’t been to the theater in a long time. We watched “Sunshine Girls Choir,” which has been really popular lately. Recently, the weather has been very cold, so hot pot restaurants are almost always full. There are many kinds of hot pot restaurants, some offer free drinks,尢； rice, and even ice cream,；some all-you-can-eat ；and other focus on higher quality options. When I was younger, I liked eating all-you-can-eat hot pot with my friends or family. But now, we both prefer set meals because eating too much feels uncomfortable.
