Look, so far we've covered: ✅ Goal Setting (the in-depth version) ✅ Michael Phelps breathing trick ✅ Visualization ✅ Basic nutrition for swimmers ✅ Desired identity statement ✅ You've gathered A LOT of evidence that supports your new identity 🔥 Keep the momentum going, 5 more weeks until we know who wins a brand new race suit of your choice!!! More and more fire badges are starting to appear I love it!! In today's training we have time for questions to make sure we're not leaving anybody behind. After that, we do a little magic together ok? It's gonna be workshop-style which means I'll ask you a series of questions that you can just answer in the comments. And at the end, you'll all have a massive done-and-ready improvement for this week. - No breakout rooms - No having to speak in front of everyone else ☺️

Nationals🔥
This weekend I had nationals and i learned a lot! firstly i swam 100im and it went amazinggggggg I beat my Pb with 1.14sec and considering I didn’t Pb I all of 2025 this made me so happy Then the next day it was 200im which didn’t go as I wanted but a little Pb (0.06) but a Pb is a Pb And today it was 50 back and sadly it went really bad and I learned from that (not an excuse but the starter was really baaaad I think after she said take your marks we stood there for maybe 8 seconds and that is a lot when it’s a backstroke start) Oh and I did 3 relays (4x200im went pretty good) (4x100free was really tired and got water in my goggles but I did my best and got a tiny bit on) and (4x50im went amazingly went 28.72 in free which was nicee)
