For the longest time, I blamed myself. I thought the reason I wasn’t growing fast enough was because I wasn’t motivated enough. I told myself I needed to wake up earlier, hustle harder, and push through every obstacle with more “discipline.” But here’s what I learned and it completely reshaped my entire approach to business and coaching: 👉 The problem was never motivation. It was alignment. It wasn’t that I wasn’t working hard…It’s that I didn’t have a system that matched how real people think, decide, and take action. 👉Once my funnel began to reflect human psychology curiosity, trust, desire, and belief everything shifted almost overnight. 1. My calendar started filling naturally. 2. Clients began reaching out before I ever pitched them. 3.My conversations stopped feeling like “sales calls” and started feeling like transformational dialogues. And that’s when it clicked People don’t commit because you convince them. They commit because your process makes sense to them emotionally, psychologically, and logically. 🔥 Lesson: You were never broken. Your strategy might just be.
