I had to cancel today VIP Community coaching, ill get back with a new date/time asap My mom went into the ER last night around 10 by ambulance and had emergency surgery at around 2am and is now in icu for free days. Dad and I left the hospital around 6:30 this morning and we are both headed back soon! Thatโ€™s why i mia yesterday. If you have messaged me ill get back to you ASAP. And VIP ill get a rescheduled call date asap as well! Please continue to pray for my mom. It was really really scary, Appreciate your prayers and understanding This is what community is for, so i just washed to update you guys! ๐Ÿ’œ Hug your loved ones!

@Jennifer Turner Most of my videos are with out any equipment. I use a yoga mat to lay on but you don't have it. Some I do use a ball or a bosu, or something small but I have that in the title so you'll know when choosing which one to do.

The hardest place to be isnโ€™t burned out.
It's functioningโ€ฆ while quietly running on empty. Because you donโ€™t feel bad enough to stop. But you donโ€™t feel good either. You keep going because youโ€™re capable. Because people rely on you. Because slowing down feels harder than pushing through. And over time, that โ€œIโ€™m fineโ€ becomes tension in your body. Rest that doesnโ€™t actually rest. A nervous system that never fully turns off. What most women donโ€™t need in that space is a big reset or a long process. They need something small enough to use in the moment.
