How Are You All Adapting to the New Plasticity Updats?
Hey Nick and everyone, I’ve been going through the current courses, and while they’re really helpful, they were made with the previous version of Plasticity. With the new update, the interface has changed quite a bit — not only is it harder to find my way around, but there are also new features and commands that aren’t covered in the older videos. Are there any updated tutorials or tips on how to get up to speed with the latest version? I’d really appreciate any advice or direction to make the learning curve easier. Thanks so much

I was able to complete the helmet tutorial a couple of weeks ago successfully on the newest version of plasticity. There were a couple of instances where things looked a bit different and it was confusing, but I was able to get along by consulting the official documentation at https://doc.plasticity.xyz/ Plasticity is also heavily focused on fluidity and speed, so keyboard shortcuts are your friend. I recommend learning the most common ones so that you dont need to rely on finding the right button in the UI. Pressing the F key and then searching for the feature you need is also helpful. As for the newer features: 95% of geometry is achievable using the basic functions, and I believe the newer ones will be featured in the latest tuturial Nikita is working on (ps5 controller based on the polls last month) Hope this helps!

Very nice. Did you do the concept art as well, or did you find it somewhere?
Either it's not work, or I'm doing something wrong.
So I downloaded the software, but I haven't paid for it yet, until I can see if this software is what I need. But when I clicked on the link, I only got one side of the cube. So I messed around and found out how to make the cube 3D so I can see three sides. But if I right-click and hold, the cube doesn't rotate with my cursor. Hence, I must be doing something wrong. Thanks for the help.

Use the middle mouse button (like clicking your scroll wheel), and move the mouse around to orbit. You'll be able to see the 3rd dimension then.
Loft Error
Hi everyone ! Currently I'm doing the Power tool design. Please help to figure out why 'loft' is failing . I'm getting the error " Precision is too small or too large".

Are you sure the rails intersect all three profiles?

I think it might be because you're set to G1 on all 3 edges. The edge you're about to click on should be G0.
WIPEOUT Feisar Final...
Got a bit of downtime still so thought I'd add the track & afew bits extra 😎

Wow, this is awesome. Any plans on modelling any of the other crafts? AG Systems with the swooping surfaces and Assegai with the forked shape and would probably be a bit of a challenge.
