I am halfway through Day 3 of my 6 day Fast. My first day of no food was on Monday and I am not eating again until Sunday... and Day 3 is reportedly the hardest day of extensive fasts (and boy am I feeling it). So, i'm curious, have any of you fasted before? Wat was your experience and how did you do it?

After reviewing everyone's input, we'll postpone the trip until 2027. In the fall, we'll start planning. It looks like next year we'll go on a trip to Ireland!
