My YouTube Channel Launch Strategy - March 2025 👀
Hey guys, I'm very new to this forum, but just wanted to share my channel strategy for those who might find it helpful and also to be transparent. Not gonna lie - I'm a bit nervous about sharing this journey publicly, but I figure being transparent might help keep me accountable and maybe some of you can pick up useful tips along the way. Quick disclaimer: I won't be promoting my channel or selling anything here - this is purely about sharing the journey and learning together! The Game Plan I'm starting fresh with a new channel in early March, and here's what I'm planning to do (fingers crossed! 🤞): Main Content Strategy I'm taking a different approach this time to my existing channel. Instead of rushing to put out daily content, I'm going to: - Record and produce 8 videos upfront - Release 2 videos per week - Focus on "how-to" content specifically about reaching monetisation (4K watch hours and 1K subs) - Share my personal experience since I recently did this with another channel The cool thing about pre-recording is that I can really take my time with thumbnails and titles (we all know how crucial these are!). No more late-night panic editing sessions 😅 Keeping the Momentum Going Even though main videos are coming out twice a week, I want to stay connected with viewers daily. So I'm preparing: - 30 YouTube Shorts (going out daily) - 30 Community Posts (also daily) The shorts will be quick tips and motivation for fellow creators, nothing fancy but hopefully helpful! And the community posts will keep the conversation going between videos. Why This Approach? Look, I know this might seem either too planned out or not active enough (depending on who you ask!). But here's my thinking: - Pre-recording gives me breathing room to make better content - Daily shorts and posts keep me visible without sacrificing quality - Having everything scheduled means I can focus on engagement and actually talking with my new subscribers
