Carol Dweck Explained This Theory | Why Most People Stay Stuck
Today I read an article that randomly came in front of me. Usually, I don’t read articles that much… but the topic was so interesting that I stopped and read it completely. The article was basically about how people are often scared to ask questions because they think others will judge them. And honestly… I felt this thing inside myself too. And I think a lot of people feel the same way. Harvard Business Review also talked about a concept called “Fear of Looking Stupid” - which means people avoid asking questions because they think others will see them as less smart. But research also says that people who ask questions learn faster, become more confident, and make better decisions. I’ve noticed that many people get scared before even asking a question. They think: “What will people think?” “What if my question is too small?” “This is such a basic thing…” “What if people say I should already know this?” And this is exactly what stops people from growing. People don’t ask questions…They don’t clear their mindset…They don’t remove their confusion…Just because they are scared of people’s reactions. But the reality is simple: You have to start your work. You have to learn. You have to grow. And the other person? They have their own life and their own work too. If you keep thinking about “what people will think", you will never be able to learn openly. Stanford psychologist Carol Dweck also explains this in the idea of a “growth mindset” - the people who are not afraid of asking questions or making mistakes are the ones who actually grow. Asking questions does not make you weak. Not asking questions is what keeps you weak. 🔥 Sources: - Forbes — Why Asking Questions Is Scary @Shiv pratap Singh @Faiz Rasool

@Muhammad Zain Sometimes the “small” questions are the ones that unlock everything Do you think this fear comes more from past experiences or just overthinking in general?

The "Full Stack" Confusion
"Back-end likhte waqt lagta hai main dunya ki sab se bare engineer hoon. 😎 Front-end par CSS lagate waqt ek button center karne mein nani yaad aa jati hai. 😭 Full Stack hona koi asaan kaam nahi hai bhai! Aapka favorite part konsa hai? Logic (Backend) ya Designs (Frontend)?"

@Muhammad Hassaan Good work brother 👏 $17–$22 per lead looks pretty decent. Are you optimizing for leads directly or testing different creatives also?

Most real estate agents don’t have a lead problem… they have a prospecting + consistency problem.
Leads exist. But finding the *right* ones consistently is where things break. I’ve been working on a system that delivers **verified real estate developer leads (actual decision-makers)** directly into your CRM every day. No manual searching No guessing emails No inconsistency Basically: I help real estate agents get ready-to-contact, high-quality developer leads daily without doing the prospecting themselves. Curious would this be useful for your business?
