YOUR LAST 1,000 DAYS...
I was reading The Book on Mental Toughness by Andy Frisella
and he said something in the beginning of the book that I feel is worth sharing in her... If you look at someone’s last 1,000 days, you can pretty much predict where they are today: Their health. Their relationships. Their business. Their bank account. Their confidence. Not because of luck. But because your life is the sum of your routines. The tiny things you do
 (or avoid doing)
every single day. When you zoom out across 1,000 days, the truth gets brutally clear... It’s not about what you say you want. It’s about what you’ve consistently done. Ask yourself
How have you spent your time? Who have you been around? What have you been learning? What skills have you built? Have you been creating...or just consuming? Have you invested in your mind + body? Have you taken action...or hesitated? Because everything compounds. The routines you repeat... shape your identity... which shapes your results. Not the highlight reels. Not the “big moments.” Just the boring, consistent reps when no one is watching. And here’s the good news
If you don’t like where the last 1,000 days led you? You can rewrite the NEXT 1,000...starting today. How This Applies To Us (Entrepreneurs + Creators) If you want momentum in your life and business, zoom out
then zoom back in: 1. Look honestly at your last 1,000 days. No judgment. Just awareness. Patterns are powerful when you see them. 2. Now focus on TODAY...because today becomes the pattern. Look at the four core areas: Mind: What are you feeding your brain daily? Body: Are you building energy or draining it? Business: Are you publishing + creating, or just consuming? Relationships: Are you showing up intentionally? 3. Pick ONE small routine upgrade. Not a total life overhaul. Just a brick. Like
Publish daily Read 10 pages Train for 20 minutes Send one outreach message Learn one skill for 30 minutes Then repeat... Because success isn’t about intensity.

@Jon Pakula That’s the concept for sure. Looks like early version sharing. The one I saw was more polished. The points very true. Principles also define robust businesses, cultures, and other durable systems, including communities, ecosystems, and whole economies.

@Erin Champion This is awesome. We have multiple potential wedding venues and would love to use a service like yours. Do you have any affilate growers in Canada yet or know if/how delivery would work? You can PM me to take the discussion out of Skool or we can build on the topic here in the community as it relates to synergies within the network enabling cross pollination (great metaphor in this case) - a form of symbiotic biomimickry in business that nature strives to model for us in so many ways.
“Choo-Choo!” Or “Chew, Chew?”
Many people focus on the fact that 95% of new businesses fail. Few realize that a much smaller percentage of new businesses fail if they are started by someone who has started a business before - even if their prior business failed. If at first you don’t succeed, try try again. The famous children’s book is not about the “Little Engine that Could, But Didn’t”. It is about the “Little Engine that Could, and Did - Because They Wouldn’t Stop TRYING!!”

Hormozi Wisdom - The Nature of Growth
Alex Hormozi recently showed up in my feed talking about the most important universal principles of Ecology from a very thoughtful and Human perspective. The adaptation trough is well known in all facets of biology and environmental studies, but it also echoes in fields of Health and Fitness, Business and Finance and everything else. Russell Brunson wisely uses it to describe the path from Pain to Paradise (desired result) across the epiphany bridge. The charisma-fied version holds additional truth in Dinosaur Avoidance and Baby Proofing detail. But ALEX did something more
He named the path for what else it is: The TRAIL OF MENTAL TOUGHNESS. Then he broke it down into 4 Parts: ‱ Tolerance ‱ Fragility ‱ Resiliency ‱ Adaptability This is Crucial Stuff because it aligns with other Truth but teaches important insights into shoring up Ability to a) weather storms, b) limit damage, c) respond swiftly and d) effectively ensure lessons are learned that lead to a better future. In other words (his words actually), “Trauma can be Good or Bad, IT’SYOUR CHOICE”. Wow. Does anyone else FEEL the gut punch? What would it mean for you if Every Obstacle became an invaluable muscle-building exercise. Mental, Emotional, and Physical WELL-BEING the product of choice? Learnable, Earnable. Livable. Not just Survivable, but actually ultimately helpful and THRIVEABLE. All things can be turned to good. Check out Alex Hormozi and respond here if you’ve seen his vid or need help to find it. Tell me what you think using your two Monkeys - Logic and Emotion.

Why I Told a Prospect Not to Pay Me
I had someone reach out recently for a quote. Actually, a couple of people referred him to me. He posted in a group asking for help, laid out his situation, and wanted to know what it would cost to build a whole new funnel hub. Niche pages. Topic-specific landing pages. Medical space. The whole thing. So I took a look. And honestly.. he didn’t need any of it. He already had a great WordPress site. Strong structure. Clear messaging. Good authority. Solid Google rankings. What he really needed was simple. Add a few new pages. Maybe create some lead magnets. Tie them into follow-up sequences. That’s it. So I told him exactly that. I said, “Save yourself ten grand. Don’t rip out what’s already working. Don’t reset your SEO. Just build on what you have.” He was shocked. Grateful. Almost confused. And that moment stuck with me. Most people aren’t underserved. They’re oversold. They’ve been trained to believe progress always requires something big, expensive, and disruptive. A rebuild. A replacement. A reset. Sometimes the most valuable thing you can do for someone is tell them not to buy. For me, that alignment matters. I have zero interest in building things that don’t actually help. And saying no clears the way for me to spend my time where I can create real leverage. It saves them time. It saves them money. And it keeps me honest about why I do this work in the first place. I think that kind of energy carries. What you put out tends to come back. And I’d rather be known as the person who tells the truth than the one who always has something to sell. 🚀 - James
