KPV?
I have really been thinking about taking KPV due to it's inflammation properties. Has anyone on here taken it & what were you experiences with it? I have seen a ton of people say it is an absolute game changer.
No More Live Coaching
I'm not on TikTok, & I'm not going to get on it. That's too bad that you guys will only go live there. 😢

Chela we will try to figure out a way to post the lives after they are broadcasted. Are there any specific questions you need answered? :)
Don't Just Lose Weight... Lose the Right Weight
Here's something I wish more people talked about... Not all weight loss is the same. When most people say they want to lose weight, what they really mean is... They want to lose body fat. The goal isn't just a smaller number on the scale. The goal is to hold onto as much lean muscle as possible while reducing body fat. That's why I believe every fat-loss plan should include: 💪 Strength training 🥩 Adequate protein 😴 Quality sleep 🚶 Daily movement Those habits support body composition, regardless of what approach you're taking. 👇 Question: What's your #1 goal right now? 1. Lose body fat 2. Build muscle 3. Do both

3! However right now I am in a place that I am losing about 1.5lbs a week. So to be realistic the goal is to either maintain muscle, or lose very minimal amounts. :) but the body fat can GO
The One Habit That Makes Everything Else Work Better
Let's talk about protein. Not because it's trendy. Because it's foundational. Protein isn't just for people trying to "get big." It's the raw material your body uses to repair muscle, support recovery, regulate hunger, and maintain lean mass as you age. Simple starting target: roughly 0.7–1g per pound of your goal bodyweight, spread across the day. A few practical ways to hit it: - Add a protein source to every meal, not just dinner - Keep an easy option on hand (meats, eggs, Greek yogurt, protein shake) for busy days - Prioritize protein first, then build the rest of the plate around it Before you optimize anything else... optimize this. 👇 Two things I want from you: 1. Comment your average daily protein intake (rough guess is fine) 2. Reply to 2 other comments below — if their number is close to yours, say so. If it's way off, cheer them on anyway. @Bill Haynes @Shelby Hollister @Breeann Tegen @Tonya Huseby @Leslie Lyon @Adam Koller @Victor Ortega @Michelle Heaton

I’m at 150-160g of protein right now!
What Is "Food Noise?"
One phrase you'll hear over and over is... "Retatrutide got rid of my food noise." But what does that actually mean? Food noise isn't a medical diagnosis. It's a term many people use to describe constant thoughts about food. For some people, it sounds like: • "What's my next meal?" • "I just ate... why am I still hungry?" • "I can't stop thinking about snacks." • "I know I'm full, but I still want to eat." Many people describe food noise as mentally exhausting. That's one reason researchers are interested in therapies that affect appetite regulation. 👇 Question: Before today, had you ever heard the term "food noise?" Yes or No? @Shelby Hollister @Breeann Tegen @Bill Haynes

OH YES! I’ve struggled with food noise my entire life. I am constantly thinking about food. I’m hungry, i’m too full, that food wasn’t good for me, I don’t deserve that meal, I will skip a meal after a binge. It was consuming. taking retatrutide was the first time I realized I didn’t think about food unless I was eating. like a normal person?!? WILD! I could take for hours about this but that is the simple version!
