Biggest Goal for the Next 16 Weeks
My biggest goal for the next 16 weeks is to build a consistent walking habit. Within the first 8 weeks, I aim to reach 10,000 steps a day, and then maintain it for the remaining 8 weeks, walking 6 days a week. This will help me create a sustainable, long-term habit to move daily. Does anyone have a few tips that has helped them to stay consistent at this? Thanks! #DrStephanieDunlop #BiggestGoal #16weeks

Sometimes walking on the spot helps - depending on the weather. You could also set a prompt so you take a 5-10min walk every hour or 90mins. How’s it been so far since you got started? Wishing the very best.
@Emily Brown you are welcome.

My name is Tara. I’m 40 years old, a wife (20 years in July), mom to 3 teenagers (🤪) and a pup, nurse practitioner (pain management) from Decatur, Indiana. I found this group thanks to my iPhone tracking all the things we do (😂). I’ve been on this journey for a while and frustrated with results, or lack thereof. Dr. Stephanie’s video showed up and I was sucked in. I’m most looking forward to having my mental focus and clarity back, some energy, and hopefully losing a few pounds along the way. Photo of my crew (minus the pup, we just got her at Christmas) and the reason I want to feel my best and live the longest, best life. 🫶🏻 Added a pic of the pup too, because she just too cute.

Reduced my body's biological age by 2.5 years in 16 weeks!
WOOOHOOO. I've been working with Lisa for the past couple of months and just had my blood rechecked. I'm waiting for all of the rest of the results to come in, but check this out.I reversed my biological age by 2.5 years since I began the 16 week accelerator program!

Dear Me, Keep Going - Discipline
I know we’re all here for different reasons, but I’m working on building my discipline (along with some other good stuff). I started a note file in my phone called “Learning Discipline to Be Committed to the Process” I’ll play these videos on hard days as part of my self-talk to keep me moving and progressing on those process goals. Sharing the link in case it helps someone else too. https://youtu.be/xR6KinqYxNAsi=6DCdKL2JLesErt
Way to go!
Intro - "I'm the Captain Now"
It's time for a new approach for my health. My name is Emily, and I live in Illinois. I’m here at Clarity Circle as part of Dr. Dunlop’s Coaching Program. I’ve been feeling frustrated after being told my tests are “normal,” even though I know something doesn’t feel quite right. I want to be proactive and take better care of myself before symptoms progress. I’m excited to learn how to reset my gut biome in hopes to get a handle on my weight management, and support my overall health and longevity. I look forward to learning and growing with all of you!
@Emily Brown you are welcome. 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾
