Intro - "I'm the Captain Now"
It's time for a new approach for my health. My name is Emily, and I live in Illinois. I’m here at Clarity Circle as part of Dr. Dunlop’s Coaching Program. I’ve been feeling frustrated after being told my tests are “normal,” even though I know something doesn’t feel quite right. I want to be proactive and take better care of myself before symptoms progress. I’m excited to learn how to reset my gut biome in hopes to get a handle on my weight management, and support my overall health and longevity. I look forward to learning and growing with all of you!
