My name is Tara. I’m 40 years old, a wife (20 years in July), mom to 3 teenagers (🤪) and a pup, nurse practitioner (pain management) from Decatur, Indiana. I found this group thanks to my iPhone tracking all the things we do (😂). I’ve been on this journey for a while and frustrated with results, or lack thereof. Dr. Stephanie’s video showed up and I was sucked in. I’m most looking forward to having my mental focus and clarity back, some energy, and hopefully losing a few pounds along the way. Photo of my crew (minus the pup, we just got her at Christmas) and the reason I want to feel my best and live the longest, best life. 🫶🏻
