warning - existing account credits stolen away every month!
hello everyone, as much as i like the team and all that you provide i have come across a very fraudulent policy of Mystic that should definitely be changed because it is theft! i upgraded my plan from 20$ to 60$ because i ran out of credits however this month i would like to downgrade because i cant afford 60 a month at this time nor am i using it as much as i would like which should make no difference anyway. i still have 1100 of the 1200 credits unused. i was just told by customer support that there is NO CREDIT ROLLOVER, so lets call it what it is....stealing something that i already paid for. extremely disappointing and disrespectful!! UPDATE - its all plans, every month. every subscription renewal date all existing credits are removed

@Patrick Sullivan We recently updated our policy to ensure we can continue providing high-quality service. As part of this change, account credits are reset monthly. An email notification about this update was sent to all existing users prior to the new version release on May 30. With the latest version, you now have access to free background removal and upscaling features, which were not available in the previous version. I’ve already shared your case with our accounts team to review your eligibility for a refund. Remove From Collection & Live Chat/Support not working
1) I'm trying to remove designs from a collection but the 'Remove From Collection' does nothing. 2) Also, I went to have a Live Chat to ask about it, but there is nowhere to type a question, just a list of 3 articles. 3) I also tried the Support & FAQs link (https://intercom.help/mysticpod/en/) but that just comes up with a page saying 'Not Found'

Hi @Dave Taylor You can email to support@mysticpod.com, they will be there waiting to help you. Regarding this bug, the engineers are checking on it, you can just drop an email to support so that we can keep you updated.

So I just tried to create a t-shirt mockup using the prompt from WeScale training. What am I doing wrong? How do I get a realistic mockup? “A flat-lay mockup featuring a white gildan 64000 t-shirt (no tag) prominently displayed on a pickleball court background, styled with flat T-shirt which fills the space. The t-shirt is surrounded by pickleball paddle in the bottom left corner and three pickleballs in the bottom right.”

@Adabam Aceman Thanks for sharing your thoughts. It's good to learn from each other. But here the prompt is not a problem; it's just that the Magic prompt was ON, and as soon as you turn that off and try again, the results will be like Magic 🤩. And the other thing about Mystic is that you don't have to be a genius at prompting; just a simple word can help you get the result you need. 🥳🙌
