warning - existing account credits stolen away every month!
hello everyone, as much as i like the team and all that you provide i have come across a very fraudulent policy of Mystic that should definitely be changed because it is theft! i upgraded my plan from 20$ to 60$ because i ran out of credits however this month i would like to downgrade because i cant afford 60 a month at this time nor am i using it as much as i would like which should make no difference anyway. i still have 1100 of the 1200 credits unused. i was just told by customer support that there is NO CREDIT ROLLOVER, so lets call it what it is....stealing something that i already paid for. extremely disappointing and disrespectful!! UPDATE - its all plans, every month. every subscription renewal date all existing credits are removed

hello, by definition when something is paid for it is legally owned by the person who paid for it, super simple. so go ahead and try to justify it or rationalize it somehow but its still stealing, the decision makers are just trying to make themselves feel better about an unjust, unfair and disrespectful decision that directly benefits them over the customer are there no other ways to provide high quality service without stealing? just as easily there could have been a slightly higher monthly rate charge justified by the explanation that the rates are going up because there will be two features provided for free that would otherwise cost extra, which i am sure most people would be fine with, myself included because Mystic is a great tool with great features. or give a yearly expiration date, at least that shows your trying t be fair. but no, instead the decision has been intentionally made to make more money. more money is definitely made by stealing peoples credits every month than by charging a few extra dollars to the subscription. and there is certainly no technical reason for it either, will the website crash if peoples credits arent stolen every month? are the programmers unable to get the site to do simple arithmetic so that new credits can just be added to existing credits? so no surprise i guess, just shows that the people behind Mystic are just like everyone else and that is a big disappointment! no need to respond further i have heard enough. thank you.

@Zabrina P hey again, sorry to bother. do you know if there is a way to see some type of counter that shows how the credits i had were spent with dates? over the past week i have created about 100 design but i think i had about 600-800 credits and i see now that i am at zero. its possible that i actually used them all but i am just surprised. thank you
Let the ribbon cutting commence
The store is opened, live and ready to take orders! I have ordered two shirts from my live store, one through my computer and one on my phone. Both transactions seamless with no issues. About 2/3 of the way done with the first mock-up test setup with about 20 different mockups ready to test. I should be ready to go for my first round this Thursday through Sunday, excited.

Mockup Coloring Solution Feedback
I've made a winning mockup, I've been able to recolor ~ half of the shirts with some help but the remaining light colors, White and IceGrey are having issues with pixelation. I originally tested with a black shirt as that is very popular but its proving to be problematic with color conversion. Is there an option within Mystic to solve for this or should I just try and re-create the mockup in a light color. TYVM.

Hey @Paul McKenna, sounds like you figured it out. did you write anything in the prompt to keep Mystic from slightly changing the background/elements with each color iteration? i am at a block(as well as not on the level to ask public questions yet haha!), i created a nice mockup with Mystic with a white shirt but can not get it to keep the identical background when changing colors. i might try Meg's video and create them in Canva with the Mockup Color Pack but the elements dont look as realistic. sorry for the bother, thank you for any insight you could share.
