Muscle is our largest organ, how do you take care of it?
Short..ish video I like about why our skeletal muscle mass is so important, and what we can do to help prevent losses. The more we keep, the longer, and most importantly the more comfortably we live out our lives.

@John Kennedy Totally agree maintaining muscle is one of the best long-term investments we can make in our health. I’ve been focusing on consistent strength training and better recovery, and it’s made a huge difference in how strong and steady I feel day-to-day. Supporting my nutrition has helped too, especially getting enough protein and using supplements that keep my energy and recovery on track. Keeping our muscle healthy really does help us stay active and comfortable as we get older

Hey everyone! 👋 I wanted to start a conversation about something we all deal with: small daily habits that make a big difference in our health. What’s one thing you’ve recently added to your routine no matter how small that’s made a noticeable impact on your energy, mood, or overall wellness? For me, [starting my mornings with 10 minutes of stretching and water] has been a game-changer. 💪 Would love to hear what’s working for you all let’s inspire each other to keep reclaiming our health, one habit at a time! 🌟

@Mateo James Lately I’ve been working on small habits too, and one thing that really made a difference for me was adding a simple supplement routine in the mornings. I don’t always have a lot of time to meal-prep or eat perfectly, so I started using a few whole-food-based supplements to cover my basics things like essential nutrients and omegas. The biggest changes I noticed were steadier energy during the day, less brain fog, and better recovery after workouts. It’s been one of those small habits that adds up in a big way for me.
