Need Fresh Eyes on My Funnel—$7 to $37 Price Jump, Feeling the Fear
I could really use a fresh set of eyes and maybe some encouragement too. I recently updated my funnel to reflect a more refined message (finally dialed in on the dream customer and tightened everything up). I also bumped the offer from $7 to $37—because I was losing money acquiring customers, and I feel like the value is there. The good news: My new ad is working better than the old one—lower CPC and stronger clicks. The hard part: I haven’t made a sale since I launched the new version 4 days ago. I have had 145 views to the page with 0% conversion with this new iteration—my $7 funnel was converting at around 6–8%, and I was averaging at least a sale a day. So mentally, I’m definitely feeling the fear creep in. I don’t want to panic and lower the price again just to feel “safe.” I’d rather get better at selling this offer. If anyone here has experience optimizing $27–$37 low-ticket offers or just knows how to punch up emotional resonance on the page… would you be willing to take a look? Here’s the link to the funnel: https://www.thefriendshipblueprint.com/ Even just 2–3 insights from someone with fresh eyes would mean the world right now. Thank you in advance

Question for Email Marketers & Anyone Who Has Done Email Marketing:
I have an email list of 338 emails All I got when I was running paid ads for my webinar The Webinar was on 6-Step System to Convert Online Unknown Visitors to Loyal LifeLong Customers But the problem was, despite of generating these many leads none showed up for the webinar Or when I did polls or asked them questions none replied Now it's been 3 months, and I have not engaged with them How Do I know exactly what they Need/Want to Learn and Re-Engage Them?? How to Again Start the Conversation with Them? What Steps Should I take to make Sure that they start engaging or actually opening the emails and Get the Idea of What is that They actually want to Learn?? Because they are Currently a Living Ghost for Me.

You can focus on value driven emails, ask nothing in return, speak on the high value components, over-deliver. Then view the metrics of the emails. Test out subject lines, see which ones are opened, and the ones with higher open rates, start making more content around that, imprpoving them. Eventually you can turn this into an automation, having your best, most opened emails go out to new customers.

@Sean Mize Yeah, I totally get that. The last 4 business I tired starting, I faced massive resistance, but this one has flowed so easily. It's wild and so much fun!
I just sold my first downsell!
I modeled Russels downsell for selling online, almost to the T. I used different language, since I sell something completely different, but used the same style, format and even the gif. Which was taking my first upsell and allowing them to do payments. I launched the downsell last week, and just got my first sale with that! I have been slowly adding products, upsells, downsells into my funnel and optimizing it over the last few weeks. That way, I was able to get my funnel up and going and start brining in money!

What's Your Working Genius?
I thought it would be fun to see how others operate, think and thrive. Maybe even come together at some point and help those that have weaknesses where our strengths are. For me, it was so relieving to learn that the reason I hate doing tasks over and over again, wasn't because I wasn't good enough, but because it literally is my weakest working genius. It helped me understand WHO I need to hire on my team to help with my weaknesses. What has your experience been like doing it? If you've done it, and attached it here. You can also attach yours in the comment section.

@Jonathan Shea oh how interesting. That's russells too right? Makes a lot of sense why you're here! Have you ever noticed them conflicting? Like does the wonder side ever cause you to hold up finishing an invention?
