🌱 DAY 4
Not every emotional dip is emotional 💡Sometimes it’s physiological. Low blood sugar can feel like anxiety, irritability, sadness, brain fog, or that “everything feels hard” sensation. When the brain doesn’t have steady fuel, it goes into alert mode and emotions amplify. This is why willpower doesn’t work when the body isn’t supported 🧠➡️🛑Stabilizing the body often stabilizes the mind. Day 4 Tool: Eat protein within 60 minutes of waking 🍳This helps regulate cortisol, stabilize blood sugar, and support emotional resilience for the rest of the day. You don’t need to push through how you feel today. You might just need fuel 🤍

I get hangry when I don’t eat and boy can I feel it! I like to workout before I eat in the morning. Is it better to eat first and then workout?
Day 3 🌱
Overwhelm doesn’t mean something is wrong with you 💛 It means too much input is coming in at once. Your nervous system can only process so much information before it shifts into protection mode. When that happens, focus drops, emotions spike, and everything feels heavier than it actually is. This isn’t a mindset problem 🧠 It’s a load problem. Reducing input gives your system room to settle so clarity can return ✨ Day 3 Tool: Choose one hour today to reduce stimulation: 📵 No scrolling 📰 No news 🔕 No background noise Silence isn’t emptiness, it’s regulation 🌿 You don’t need to solve everything today. You just need to give your nervous system less to carry 🤍

I work in a very busy noisy environment. I really appreciate my quiet time at home. No TV, no phones.
TRAUMA & RECOVERY: WHAT HEALING ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
TRAUMA & RECOVERY Trauma isn’t just something that happened, it's something the nervous system learned. And here’s the part most people miss: Trauma doesn’t live in the story. It lives in the body’s response patterns. You can be successful, spiritually connected, doing all the “right” things… and still be stuck in survival physiology. That’s not weakness. That’s biology. What trauma really does to the system Trauma teaches the body to: - Stay alert - Not fully rest - Expect threat - Hold tension - Conserve or hoard energy - React before thinking Over time, this can show up as: - Anxiety or emotional numbness - Chronic fatigue or wired-but-tired energy - Digestive issues - Hormone instability - Inflammation that won’t calm down - Difficulty healing, even with “perfect” protocols This is why some people do everything right and still don’t recover. Recovery is not about reliving the trauma Healing does not require retelling the story over and over. It requires helping the nervous system learn safety again.

@Tonya Nichols I am hoping to age gracefully and want to be as active and healthy as I can be. I’m hoping peptides can help with that…. cellular, cardiovascular, skin, muscle health. I have a few ongoing issues, like pain in my hip and inflammation that maybe peptides could help with.
