Not every emotional dip is emotional 💡Sometimes it’s physiological.
Low blood sugar can feel like anxiety, irritability, sadness, brain fog, or that “everything feels hard” sensation. When the brain doesn’t have steady fuel, it goes into alert mode and emotions amplify.
This is why willpower doesn’t work when the body isn’t supported 🧠➡️🛑Stabilizing the body often stabilizes the mind.
Day 4 Tool:
Eat protein within 60 minutes of waking 🍳This helps regulate cortisol, stabilize blood sugar, and support emotional resilience for the rest of the day.
You don’t need to push through how you feel today. You might just need fuel 🤍
