Need some advice
Hey everyone I am new here and just started my AI Agency. One of the projects I am doing for a client involves an internal agent so that they can retrieve info super easy and quick. This AI agent will need to be connected to the following softwares: Monday, Hubspot, Dropbox and Xero. I was thinking about connecting these to a database that will update everytime something is changed in the softwares. Does anyone have any ideas on how to connect all these softwares to a database?? would love to hear your opinion!

I would look at notion. They have a lot of integrations which will update a notion database when something changes elsewhere - you 'watch' for the changes. https://www.notion.so/integrations/all Now notion has AI where you can basically ask questions about anything in your notion data. https://www.notion.so/product/ai
CRM
Hi, I was wondering if anyone is familiar with any cheap CRM that can integrate with AI

I just discovered systeme.io. It's basically a gohighlevel clone. Does sales funnels, crm pipelines, unlimited emails to 2000 contacts, webpages, courses, automations, api. For paid they have a $27 and $47 tier (cheaper than GHL).

It is definitely illegal in the US to cold call consumers trying to sell them something. There might be a possibility with business to business calling, which is usually exempt from a lot of the regulations, if you are calling a business land line. But there a lot of complications and risks. You need to make sure you are not calling wireless number or a number that forwards to a wireless number. You may need to check do not call lists. You have to check to see if you comply with the state laws for the numbers you are calling. New rules were just proposed that all AI calls will have to identify as an AI calling upfront. I don't know how much success you'll have if the call starts with 'This is an AI calling...' There is a lot uncertainty and grey areas. In general, unless you get your exact system vetted by a lawyer who specializes in call centers and the like, I would stay away.

Deploying AI Voice Agent in India - Need Guidance
Hi everyone, I've developed an AI voice agent using Vapi - specifically, an appointment setter that uses tools. I've fine-tuned it, and it's ready for deployment. However, I've hit a major roadblock: I need to deploy this agent to a company based in India, but Twilio doesn't offer phone numbers for India. Has anyone here successfully built and deployed an AI Voice Agent to a business in India using an Indian virtual phone number? I'd really appreciate any insights or advice. I've tried researching on YouTube, but the resources are limited. The Twilio documentation, unfortunately, left me even more confused. If you have experience with this or know of alternative solutions, please share. I'm feeling a bit lost and could use some direction. Thanks in advance for any help or guidance you can provide!

Have you tried the vapi discord? Vapi just had a live Q&A call with their developers this morning. All the dev support people I've dealt with at Vapi seems to be Indian so they may be familiar with this issue.
