First meeting in the books
Three countries and more nationalities. It was nice seeing Oleksii again and meeting Nicolas. Already some first ideas were exchanged and some light 💡 bulps were lit to move forward. Thank you 🙏

🌍 First Members Hangout
Sunday 7th June 19:00 I’d love to meet more of you from around the world and hear what you’re working on, what you’re struggling with, and what you’d like to see inside the community. This will be a relaxed, informal session. No presentations. Just a chance to connect, ask questions, share ideas, and get to know fellow members. 📅 When: 7th June, 19:00 Belgium 🇧🇪 time ⏰ Duration: 45 minutes (feel free to join late or leave early) And because I appreciate you taking the time to show up, there may be a little surprise for those who attend. 😉 Drop a 👍 in the comments if you’re coming and let me know where you’re joining from. See you there!

Road to professional fighting
This was my first professional fight. We approached it very well with a smart game plan. I focused much more on pad work and less on sparring, and that worked better for me. It was also my first weight cut. It was a bit difficult, but overall it went very smoothly. This experience will definitely help me in the future. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to do a face-off, which is the only thing missing from the full professional experience. I won the fight, and afterward, my opponent and I made peace behind the scenes. We talked with the trainer over there and discussed some future plans. From where I stand now, the future of my fighting career looks to be in very good hands. OSU

Congratulations again to Brent and his team in Belgium🇧🇪 and Japan 🇯🇵
Whip spine
Look at Jukucho’s spinal movement. A very important part of understanding Muchimi, power development and fluidity. You train it slowly. To use it fast later.
