💧 NATURAL LAXATIVE SALT WATER FLUSH
When your body feels sluggish, bloated, or backed up, this natural flush can help reset your digestive system and get things moving again, without harsh chemicals or artificial laxatives. This method gently stimulates your colon, helping the body release waste, mucus, and trapped toxins while also supporting energetic flow through your gut. 🧂 INGREDIENTS - 1 litre (4 cups) warm purified water - 2 teaspoons non-iodised sea salt (Himalayan or Celtic) - Optional: juice of ½ lemon for taste and extra cleansing support ⚡ DIRECTIONS 1. Make sure your stomach is empty, best to do this first thing in the morning. 2. Dissolve the salt completely in the warm water. 3. Drink the full litre within 5 minutes (don’t sip slowly). 4. After drinking, lie on your right side for 5–10 minutes and gently massage your abdomen in circular motions. 5. Remain close to a toilet, within 30 to 60 minutes, your body will begin flushing waste. 💫 ENERGETIC INTENTION As you drink, say to yourself: “I release all that no longer serves my body or energy. I make space for clarity, lightness, and flow.” Feel into your body as it begins to clear. Imagine energetic debris, emotional heaviness, and old frequencies being washed away with ease. Set intension to let in the Frequency of Love in through the crown to assist through the connection. 🌿 AFTERCARE - Rehydrate with coconut water or fresh juice to replace lost minerals. - Eat light, plant-based meals (preferably raw vegan) afterward, fruits, smoothies, or juices. - Avoid repeating daily; 1–2 times per week is plenty during detox phases. ⚠️ AWARENESS Avoid this flush if you have high blood pressure, heart or kidney issues, or are pregnant/breastfeeding. Always listen to your body.

Might try this sometime soon but maybe not at my boyfriends 😂 I’m getting heaps of inflammation build up in my joints and gut in the morning and been wondering what could help. Maybe this will. Thx JoJo!
Castor oil - eyes
Thank you to @Monja De Jager who recommended castor oil on the eyelids and in the eyes. I'm obsessed with organic castor oil now! I've been using it for my 👀eyes and on 2nd and 3rd day my eyes are not tired, they feel very comfortable and relaxed. Feel moisturised and no reddness from where there was the vein looking things inner and outer area when you look sideways.. And wow my eyes are really shiny and the whites of my eyes are super bright, noticeably different by me and others 😃. How often is everyone using it on or in their eyes? Jojo is it ok to use on and in eyes daily? To cleanse and moisturise? Its felt very nice so far.

@Sue Lai Bellett ah interesting. I haven’t noticed any difference yet but I’ll see how I go. I put it I my hair this morning before I washed which softened it a bit. I mix it with my body oil as well. Apparently if you rub it on your belly it helps digestion too.

@Sue Lai Bellett oh that’s great about your stomach. I might try that too. Thx for your experience 🥰
Water Fast question.
JoJo. What is the exact protocol for a water fast? Water with lemon and salt? Coconut water? Electrolytes?

Could you get dizzy or faint from low blood sugar on a fast though?
