As we enter into this difficult time leading up to April 15 and finishing up paying our taxes, it occurred to me what a tremendous difference between the calls that we make to people and call that the IRS representatives make. Their calls are seldom very favorable. Usually they are worrisome. Taxes that we haven't paid or money that we still owe. Their is a certain dread from calls from that source. What a difference when we talk with someone who is down and out and has no clue that they have funds available to them. We can be the best news that they have received in a long time. This can help us to keep making our calls even though at times it seems tough to get through to the right person. Somebody will be grateful that we stuck with it !!

As we all know, this life has many ups and downs. Anybody can live with the ups and downs, but what really tests our mettle are the downs. My father was taken to the hospital with internal bleeding and othet issues, and I am helping him. Very challenging. I know that others of you also have some difficult challenges. Hang in there. We can make it through
