Connect client's phone number to vapi
Hey guys, I want to know how do you connect a client's phone number to vapi? I saw that porting an existing phone number on twilio/vonage takes 2-4 weeks and with vapi you can only connect numbers form twilio or vonage. When you get a new client, how do you usually connect their phone number to the agent? Do you ask them to use your twilio phone number for the time they port on twilio?

Block spammers In vapi ! Help
I need help, I keep getting spam callers and robot callers eating up my vapi credits. I need a reliable fix to block those numbers that are spamming my vapi number.

Maybe you can put a limit of time for the calls so that when a bot is calling you it will end with the limit

@Henry Kowalski you can simply try to block these numbers with the phone number that you are using. Are you using personal phone number or twilio ?

Which format is better for KB ?
wouldn't adding text in KB be better than adding a document ? easier for LLM to parse data. This is my assumption, correct me if i am wrong.

I think that in vapi it could be a good idea to use the query tool and put kb there and call this tool when the model needs to look for informations in the kb
