I’m trying to import it into Retell by drag-and-drop, but it keeps failing with errors like “invalid configuration” and similar validation issues. Could you please guide me on the correct way to import a JSON file into Retell? Is there a specific format, schema, or validation requirement that needs to be followed before uploading? Hello everyone, I want to clarify a doubt that while making ai receptionist from the retell ai platform, do we need to build n8n workflow for the following requirements also? My client's requirements are- 1) Appointment booking(which is available in the retell ai iitself) 2) Specifying timezone (we can do it through the prompting and also connecting through n8n or make) 3) FAQs responses 4) just answering basic questions of the customers I just want to clarify that is Retell ai is sufficient for all these requirements or I must have to connect it through n8n or make.com? Any retell ai experts here?
