I'm starting OVER😱
I was just on a 2 day intensive (something I had signed up and paid for 2 months ago). As a result I realized my message to market (niche) was STILL too broad and would NEVER yield the results that I want. This is where a REALLY strong and honest mentor can be invaluable in re-directing you out of a niche that is over saturated with offers and vague solutions . Many of us can create various results but finding the ONE that will STAND OUT in a crowded market is KEY to people listening to you. This is the #1 BIGGEST challenge with the MINDSET niche, because MINDSET means something different to everyone. This niche has been greatly diluted. It's the equivalent of saying "I Love you" ALL the time to the point of it losing its meaning. My recommendation to anyone starting now or newly in the field of coaching, GET YOUR NICHE AND MESSAGE AS TIGHT AS POSSIBLE, that is the difference between a mediocre business and one that you can REALLY scale. I'm back to the drawing board.

@Elena Zanfei The "LIFT MODEL" is generally based on website conversion rate optimisation. Put simply... Convert more website visitors into customers. But you can also use this on all your general messaging because it's based on your value proposition statement - A message explaining "the value you provide" to customers. This could even be your elevator pitch. I hope the below helps: 1. Write your value proposition statement out. 2. The more relevant and clear your value prop is to the customer's actual problem.... the more you will lift your conversion rate. 3. The more you reduce anxiety and distractions around what holds customers back, the more you will lift your conversion rates and finally, 4. Urgency - In your messaging, how much "ethical urgency" is there pushing your customers to act?

@Dainora Griffin See the reply I left @Elena Zanfei - That will better explain the "LIFT MODEL". I hope it helps.. Just ask if not. I'm happy to help.
Great start to the week...

@Albert Martinez thanks for the kind words, I hope so.
am i being too hopeful of using my own personal life experiences as coaching nîçhes?
As a survivor of both family and intimate partner violence and narcissism; and as a bereaved sister; is it appropriate to nîçhe as a women's domestic violence recovery and women's empowerment coach? and as a sibling bereavement coach having chosen what will be thirty seven years ago in april to carry the coffin of my little baby brother liamgearóid through the church yard to his final resting place at only nine i made that conscious choice as unbelievable as it may read - i had my reason for so doing; so is nîçhing in these two areas acceptable and appropriate?

100% do that @Aoife Irena Maria Molloy . The more specfic and narrow your niche is the better and to chip in with @Sharon Little , focusing on what you know is the best thing to do because then its coming from the heart and empathy goes through the roof. Your clients will feel like you get them because you BEEN through it. Your clients will see you as an inspiration because you GOT through it. To me you sound like you got it figured out. Just don't let anyone tell you not to do it until you've proven over and over it doesn't work and hey, if that turns out true..... just pick another niche 🤣

@Sharon Little love this!
A Idea to push us even better forward..
I am really grateful for this Opportunity here and also for the Community how we support each other. This following Text is no sales pitch or something like that, i just want to grow with like minded individuals. So, I hope it’s okay when i post this in here. When not let me know @Ed JC Smith. (Then just delete it haha). I had today 21. January a really amazing Call with @Dorottya Szluka. I really love the Community here and how we support each other. And then there was coming an Idea in my Mind. What is when we just make a small Group Call with 10-15 People, who has also really much fire, once or twice a month, to hold ourselves accountable and to discuss certain topics what we learn here? In that way we can push ourselves even more forward. Who would be interested in that? 🤗🔥

@Felix Poyel this could work! Almost treat it like a book club to help keep it structured and on topic. Good idea! Depending on time frames and busy schedules, I'd be up for it.

I want to become a confidence coach to help people who have grown up like myself and want help from people who have been there & climbed out.
