LOOKING FOR YOU ๐Ÿ‘€
Iโ€™m looking for 3 founders who have a problem in their business that they would be open to discussing, dissecting, and developing a solution for at length on a live call, and also would be fine for us to use it as content! please DM me if interested!

Did you get this GIF visual idea from Hermozi? He posted about it on LinkedIn recently. ๐Ÿ˜€
Ever sit in front of your computer and freeze because of change and uncertainty in being a founder?
Ever since I cut the chains of being an employee, I've had some tremendously unproductive days where I sit vacuously in front of my MSI laptop and freeze. There are so many potential things I can do to advance my projects, but I am the only one making the decisions for the projects. With limitless options on how to conduct my days sometimes I am still unproductive. I've spoken to other founders about this entrepreneur block... wondering if anyone else has experience with this and what you have done to remedy it?
#363 Li Lu and Charlie Munger and Warren Buffett
My favorite episode is #363 because I truly resonate with the idea of sitting on your ass investing. Based on my life experience so far, I've come to realize that common sense is actually uncommon. This matter is also highlighted in this episode, because the human condition is not wisdom but ignorance, which makes uncommon sense all the more valuable. This episode reminds me of the effort and perseverance required in order to build conviction in your own thoughts. https://www.tapesearch.com/episode/363-li-lu-and-charlie-munger-and-warren-buffett/4ZMZMNeiRm6dcNSiemoSCa

@Max Baldauf The importance of the right mentorship. Li Lu was lucky to meet Munger and was an attentive student who got the trust from Munger; who invested in Himalaya Investments. Li Lu embodied the "rationality" and "multi disciplinary" investment strategy of Munger. I am heavily involved in the investment world and have active mentors as well so I can relate to Li Lu at the moment in some capacity.

Nice to meet you on here!
Excited to be here!
Hi everyone. Thanks for introducing me to this group, Max. My favorite founders episode is #300 James Dyson, Against the Odds. His obsession an persistence at the beginning of his empire and desire to remain in control of it hit home for me. He was depressed, as I have been, but kept failing forward into success. His genius extends beyond engineering and design - customers have constantly been surprised at dual functions with Dyson products, that were not necessarily advertised originally. I've worked for a similar Canadian founder (ergoCentric) and noticed similarities to Dyson, at a smaller scale. I have recently started a hybrid investment firm, S. McCord Investments Ltd. This is my life's work and combines my fascination for investing in crucial Canadian natural resources and providing growth services for somewhat antiquated public companies. Our investor awareness ecosystem is ahead of its time and applies to every early-mid stage company. Other tech and operational partnerships are on the way.
