Shingles
I did come out of shingles in 6 weeks. Then it came back in a very mild case 2 months later, gone in a couple of weeks.. My original case was horrible but not even close to a lot of severe cases which can linger for months, cause nerve damage and even blindness. I took no pharmaceuticals and tweeked my raw eats to lower arginine intake. After looking into it deeply, I am 95% sure that it was brought on by circadian rhythm disruption due to swing and night shift work over many months, which lowered my immune system. And I am 95% sure that 80/10/10 vastly reduced the severity of it and prevented the scary scenario of Post Herpetic Neuralgia which can linger for years as a chronic pain condition.

@Timothy Bourner if a person has had chicken pox and recovered, the virus then stays dormant in nerve cells near the spine. So if a person develops shingles, it is due to a previous infection flaring up(not recent exposure to a virus).

It isn’t actually known what causes the virus to reactivate, but it is thought to be because of a weakening of a person’s immune system.
Client with great fitness routines & good eating habits struggling to lose weight
Hi, I have a potential client. She shared with me that she has cellulite on her legs. In early 50s. She's about 80% raw, doing a lot of yoga & cardio cycling, but she still has this cellulite and when she eats more cooked, gains weights very easily. I thought there might be emotional components. Anyway I'm reaching out to get ideas around what else it could be as I'd love to help here but wanna find out more accurately how, so open for ideas. Thanks guys ❤️

Where are you in the World?
Hello :) I am originally from Bulgaria - this is my home town - Vratsa - west-north Bulgaria. The picture is from there. Now I am in Malaysia :) Greetings from Klang, around 40 min drive from Kuala Lumpur :) What about you? Is anyone planning a trip to Malaysia or Bali in near future :)))

New Year's Resolutions
I remember back in high school I really liked the humor in the motto: Fail NOW! Why wait for the June rush? Don't let the new year sneak up on you. Start making, or at least planning, your resolutions NOW. Do you want to be stronger or weaker a year from now than you are right now? Do you want to lose weight, gain weight, or stay the same over the coming year? How do you WANT your dietary habits to change, or not change? What have you been putting off that you really no longer want to put off? What do you want to learn in 2024? These and many other questions are worthy of asking yourself as this year comes to a close. If you don't start now, when will you start? Failing to plan equals planning to fail.

I’ve been trying to make the change to 80/10/10 for a few weeks and failing a lot. Before that I spent years trying to stick to a whole food plant based diet, but I always failed at that periodically too. I want 2024 to be the year when I finally leave junk food behind me for good. I also hope it will be the time when I heal a running injury that has kept me from the sport I love for a year and a half.
