My client closed just over $13k on LinkedIn yesterday.
(from an online business I failed at) The difference was he never gave up. The last 3 years has been super up and down for him. Why? He is a business owner that runs a solo business, he wears all the hats. It is simple as that and he is ok with that which in the beginning. I wasn't... He came to me because: His sales rate was 1 Deal every 2 months max Numbers: 27 leads Per Month 10-13 calls per month average deal 3.2k which is 1.6k per month struggles to sell Core offer... So he is speaking to 26 people per month max on a live call and has less than 60% show rate... So we focused on lead nurturing: Availability - Available meetings on the clock , quarter past , half past and quarter too Speed - On the ball as soon as you see a response, interest. Jump on it. Conversations that take a week to close... now take an hour to 2 days. Personalisation - Everything is tailored to make sense to the prospect. 0 lazy bullshit texting , responses. Pro tip - sending videos or posts that relate build rapport and better buy in. Volume - 100 a day bare minimum. Unless you have high meetings then scale down. Empty calendar high messages. Booked calendar - lower messages. This is what we focused on and the results where perfect. 34 days in 100 per day messages lasted 8 days. As he had a more filled calendar. Higher personalisation = every message was to the client, every interested lead got sent a message days before the meeting, a video a day before and a confirmation 12 hours before. No thumb back is a crossed out meeting to someone else. Sat rate went from abysmal to 62% ish Within 40 days he has spoken to 21 live people bar only 13 before hand and his leads have jumped a little to over 30 now. More opportunity = higher chance of sales. New focus will be on closing and scripts for calls.

In the last 24 hours my last linked in post brought 6 new enquiries and £1200 in sales.
I am very fortunate to be in this side of the table because it wasn’t always like this. I built a marketing company and year 2 I had to jump ship before I sank it out of bad decision after bad decision. I created a recruitment company and again. I was impatient and couldn’t be bothered waiting 12 months to see the 6 month results. Leaders become destructive when they get bored. I’ve now built a portfolio company that is now growing the roots it needs to be able to scale with my clients. It’s fucking awesome. However here is what I’ve learned in $2M in sales for clinets, having 6 clients hit 6 figures and 2 companies at 7 figures. This is what I’ve learned: Marketing People Sales Revenue Something crazy Is the foundation of understanding business. They all link. If you have an issue with sales it affects revenue , however it probably isn’t a sales issue it might be a marketing issue or an offer issue. I’ve broken down offers and equations. I’m telling you , your business is never usually what you think. Which is why I offer free audits because I don’t know if I can actually help or see if they qualify for what we do… Anyway. This is a great way to start a Monday. If you want your free audit , dm or comment “ audit “ and we can schedule a call ✊🏼 Pro tip: Boring is good

Would you say its a good decision to begin posting on profiles such as LinkedIn, insta and maybe YouTube - during the early stages of someone developing their skills (in business) or building their business. With the intention to gain warm leads from that audience in the future.

Hi I’m Sam, 17, UK I’m learning and practising sales as well as building automations and pipelines to make it hands free. Main interests are building systems and to maximise efficiency as well as helping people out. My goal is to build and scale a business to £10M ARR. Random fact: I love running, done a half marathon for the first time a few weeks ago, next is a marathon, then a 100 miler.
