Availability - Available meetings on the clock , quarter past , half past and quarter too
Speed - On the ball as soon as you see a response, interest. Jump on it. Conversations that take a week to close... now take an hour to 2 days.
Personalisation - Everything is tailored to make sense to the prospect. 0 lazy bullshit texting , responses.
Pro tip - sending videos or posts that relate build rapport and better buy in.
Volume - 100 a day bare minimum. Unless you have high meetings then scale down. Empty calendar high messages. Booked calendar - lower messages.
This is what we focused on and the results where perfect.
34 days in
100 per day messages lasted 8 days. As he had a more filled calendar.
Higher personalisation = every message was to the client, every interested lead got sent a message days before the meeting, a video a day before and a confirmation 12 hours before. No thumb back is a crossed out meeting to someone else.
Sat rate went from abysmal to 62% ish
Within 40 days he has spoken to 21 live people bar only 13 before hand and his leads have jumped a little to over 30 now.
More opportunity = higher chance of sales.
New focus will be on closing and scripts for calls.
