Mitochondria
Been doing a fair amount of research on where to start with balancing/improving mitochondria health. I’ve got it narrowed down to starting ARA-290 or 1-MNA or urethane A. Should I start with one of these or can they be run concurrently? Any advice would be appreciated!

hello @Anthony Castore I had a follow up question about SS – 31. You recommend I start with 25 mg SC 2 to 3 times a week however, when I look online Im seeing something more like 5 mg 2 to 3 times a week. Is 25 mg the recommended dose for the benefit or would there be any benefit to me taking the 5 mg three times a week? I’m mostly curious from a financial standpoint as well as making sure if I’m spending the money. I’m taking the right dose for the benefits. Thanks!

🔥SLUPP332: The Fronteir of Mitochondrial Medicine 10AM EST🔥
Here’s a StoryBrand-style rewrite of your promo (clear problem → guide → plan → success → call to action): Most people who hear about new compounds like SLU-PP332 get stuck in two places: 1. The science feels too complicated. 2. The real-world application is missing. That’s frustrating, because you want to know if this tool can actually help you perform better, recover faster, and think clearer. Tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. Eastern, I’ll guide you through exactly what you need to know about SLU-PP332. You’ll get:• The backstory of where it came from and why it matters.• A simple explanation of how it works inside your cells.• Real-world dosing strategies you can actually use.• Objective and subjective ways to track if it’s working.• The key things you need in place to make it most effective. This isn’t about hype. It’s about clarity. When you understand both the science and the strategy, you stop guessing and start building momentum with confidence. Join us live tomorrow at 10 a.m. Eastern. The link is in the community calendar. Be part of the group that learns to use this breakthrough the right way while everyone else is still confused by the noise.

Peptide advice
I’m new to peptides but have been doing my research. I’m mostly dealing with fatigue, exercise performance and burnout after exercise. I have addressed the basics of nutrition/sleep/hydration without much improvement , thus I was thinking of starting the SLU-pp/urolithin A supplement to address possible mitochondria dysfunction. However, better through biology suggested a protocol of glutathione/NAD+/carnitine. So now I’m at a crossroads of where to start. Any advice would be helpful and appreciated.

@Anthony Castore Fantastic! Thank you for the detailed response. I’m not familiar with this one. Any suggestions on where to get as well as timeline before moving into one of the other protocols? Given the two protocols I laid out is there one that you lean towards out of curiosity?
