Audience of One
Your audience is God. Perform for Him. I wanted to write this post because I’d been slacking in my training. I wasn’t doing difficult workouts. I didn’t feel challenged. I’d plateaued. And when my training plateaus, everything else seems to as well… I woke up today feeling sluggish — tired, body aching from football yesterday. I honestly wasn’t in the mood to train. But of course, you show up. During today’s boxing session, I was aiming for 7 rounds of 3 minutes each on the bag. I got to the end of round 4 and I was knackered. But with only 3 rounds left, I told myself I could do it. Then, at the beginning of round 5, I was reminded of the phrase “Audience of One.” It refers to doing your actions for God’s eyes alone — to seek His approval, not man’s. What happened next? I ended up doing 12 rounds of 3 minutes each. Five more than I’d planned. And I could’ve kept going. Why? Because I was striving for the approval of One — God Almighty. I wanted to impress Him. It’s an incredibly powerful mindset. It gives you: - focus - energy - purpose It takes you far beyond what you think you can do. Everyone craves approval. Everyone likes being watched when they perform. But coming from the Almighty, it’s infinitely greater. Just think about this for a second — God is greater than every being He has made, even when all their value is combined. That means if every single being in creation watched your performance, but God didn’t… it would still be greater to have only God watching and no one else. And remember, that’s what happens every time you train alone. Perform for God. Your audience is Him.

My Current Workout Plan
My current workout plan is as follows. 1. Dynamic stretches 2. 100 push ups + 100 squats + 100 ab exercises + 50 pull ups 3. 3+ 3min rounds on the heavy bag 4. Deep isometric stretches Tapping into calisthenics a lot these days. Aiming to master the basic movements. Then naturally progress onto harder movements. I'm once again enjoying my training. It feels great. God bless you and have a wonderful day.

Real Virtue is Tested Virtue
Virtue isn’t real until it’s tested. If there are no beggars around to help, can you truly call yourself generous? If nothing challenges your patience, can you really say you’re patient? Of course not. Real virtue is tested virtue. You might ask, “What about the angels—how were they tested?” Easy: the fall. They had a choice. They could’ve sided with Satan and believed his lies, but they chose to remain obedient to God. Humanity’s virtue, it seems, has been tested more than any other creature’s. And Christ, of course, was tested most of all. So consider it joy when your virtue is tested—it’s shaping you to become more like Christ. And the Lord knows, we all need that refining!

God Took Our Image to Restore His in Us
When God descended from Heaven and took on human flesh, He made Himself in the image of man — so that man could be restored to the image of God. Every word He spoke, every command He gave, every example He set had one purpose: to bring us back into that divine likeness.
