My current workout plan is as follows.
- Dynamic stretches
2. 100 push ups + 100 squats + 100 ab exercises + 50 pull ups
3. 3+ 3min rounds on the heavy bag
4. Deep isometric stretches
Tapping into calisthenics a lot these days. Aiming to master the basic movements. Then naturally progress onto harder movements.
