Spoiler: the collagen that I've been taking in a very disciplined manner for 2 months did NOT work for me. I found that my body just doesn't process it in the right way. And I'm a very disciplined person. Moreover I've been taking it while I was in Thailand where many fruits contain natural Magnesium and Potassium. Still did not work. Honestly, bone broth and a good salmon steak work way better for my body🤍 Hbu girls?
