One of my partners has a list of 5000. He owns an autoresponder Saas and it's honestly an amazing product that I use myself. I ran a North Star Survey, but only got 6 responses out of 1000 opens. None of the answers were more than one sentence and none were actually useful. What am I doing wrong? How do I do understand his audience's present pain better? And are there any methods that can be done without video calls with partners? Due to the schedule and personal reasons oftentimes I can't take calls in quiet professional setting and sometimes I don't know if I could take a call at all.
