Hey everyone I'm Ruben! My current goal isn't actually a calisthenics goal, it's to bench press 100kg. But I love doing weighted pullups and I love calisthenics. In the future I want to master loads of calisthenics skills. Front lever, back leaver, clean muscle ups (maybe even weighted), HSPUs, dragon flag. literally everything. But for now I'm focusing on building muscle and bench press, then I will transition to more calisthenics training in the future :D
