Team – our very first weekly call this Wednesday is going to be an absolute ripper! 🚀 6pm AEST We’ll kick things off with a quick bit of housekeeping (nothing boring, promise), but the real focus is delivering massive value straight to YOU and your 2026 goals. I’ve got a few solid ideas to get us rolling, but here’s the deal: This group is 100% member-led. The agenda is yours to own – every single time. So let’s make this first one epic. Fire away in the comments below with: • Any burning questions (training, nutrition, race strategy, mindset, gear – whatever!) • Specific topics you’d love to dive into • Areas/challenges you’re facing right now that could help move the needle on your Ironman / 70.3 / endurance goals this year No question is too basic, too advanced, or too “out there”. I got a couple: 1. what’s the best tips to roll onto further events after your completed your A race, as in keeping momentum and desire. 2. How do I get better at swimming without doing squad training or actual coaching? 3. What beers or wine do we bring to each meeting? Is this like a book club where we bring a new brew and show and tell it for each meeting?

Rory here, public servant. Up on the peninsula in Redcliffe. Doing t100 in march before I retire for the 9th time in my 10 year career. Pleasure having the big man Greggo in my corner since 2022 for the Ultraman Australia, met several years prior for the Noosa tri and knew one day I’d commit to a coach. Here we are. I got the last Spot on the roster… several years in a row
