I’ve noticed a lot of parents in this group training not just for themselves… but to be strong, active role models for their children. That’s powerful. I have four kids (3 boys and a girl) all in their late 20s. I train to be around long enough to hopefully see my grandkids. LOL. Also, my daughter is the head trainer at an F45 so I train to keep up with her.
