We use PIO Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) Importer for JSM Assets | Atlassian Marketplace Name, Email, Business Phone, Mobile Phone, Employee ID #, Company name, Department, Office Location, Street Address, City, State or Province, Zip or Postal code, Country or region, Employee Type, Job Title, Management Heirarchy, We need to be able to report on tickets reported monthly by Location, by Department, We want to VIPs a certain way... managers can escalate a ticket by 1 Priority Level, Directors by 2 priority lvls and Execs can say if a ticket is Emergency on their say-so
