Finally getting some sun and heat! Going to be about 80 today! 🎉 I decided to reach for my Floris Santal. It starts off with a blast of fresh cinnamon and drys down into a slightly woody powder with lavender. While it is a great fresh scent, the longevity Ibn't what I would like (the Santal Intense is much better) It is not a loud scent meaning it is not a monster in projection, but leaves a small scent trail but is much better suited for the wearer rather than announcing itself to everyone.

Have a couple meetings today at the office, so I’m playing it safe and sophisticated. This one lasts all day. I get about 14 hours or so on skin with a solid 8-10 hours of projection. A little goes a long way!

Taking my wife and Mother in law out for brunch with our boys! This is one of those scents that when I first got the sample I wasn't sure. Then I did a full day wear and I was like WOW was I wrong!! I wore it a second time and was just as happy, so when I had the opportunity to pick up a full a full bottle around their mothers day sale it was a no brainer! I put it on today before we went out to brunch and my wife came in close to see what I chose for the day and she just smiled and said Yum!! I love this one! So this was a strong win for me! This is not a loud, heavy fragrance, but it performs better than a basic freshie. I would expect around 5–7 hours with a nice scent bubble for the first few hours, then it sits closer to the skin. This has been sitting for a while and I needed to take it our for a spin. While the notes are nice and it sits pretty nicely on the skin, the actual scent for me was very sweet on the initial spray, the dry down made it lean much more "Clean/Fresh". Kind of like how you smell after a shower with a nice soap. Not that this is bad, but it becomes "Unremarkable" in my opinion compared to scents that just have some presence to it. This one just reminds me that I did shower today!! 😜 A very nice scent for those that like this type. Longevity is going well so far, 4hours in and it's holding up well.
