Article: Google Business Profile tests AI-generated replies to reviews
https://searchengineland.com/google-business-profile-test-reply-to-reviews-with-ai-472167 Interesting move by Google and certainly not unexpected. While I can see some prospects making the argument that "GMB has AI responses so why go with you guys" the counterargument still remains the overall management across platforms. The Climbo platform simplifies overall management and does so much more than AI replies to existing reviews. And it is not just about replying to reviews, it is about generating them in the first place.
Client API Branding
Hi All! As we all know client side api docs run under a grey label https://api-connector.readme.io/ with api.mysaas.site endpoints Would anyone be interested in a automated proxy service to host docs and endpoints using your domain for clients. Something that can be included in the repsaas platform potentially. Still using their same api key etc (small challenge is changing the api links inside of climbo app but anythings possible right). Thus allowing a full whitelabel set up for the climbo api keen to hear thoughts or if anyone would even care for this :)

The short answer is yes. The longer answer is I am not quite at the point to even be able to fully leverage the API resources - this is an area I need to better educate myself. Along with the other grey label resources - that admittedly, I am not fully clear on.
Question: What is the ONE thing, the A-ha moment for your clients?
For the veteran users in the group, what was the "a-ha moment" when you were doing a demo and really made your prospect "get it" and understand the power of the platform for them? And related question what was the feature that they didn't set up but when you set it up for them completely changed their perspective? What is the one feature that really optimizes the platform for clients? Thanks in advance!

@Gurby Bulo How do you think the changes at Google (and by extension within Climbo) will change that? I saw a recent listing for a Climbo short posted on YouTube the other day that seemed to imply the feature was being turned off to comply with Google policies. Unfortunately, by the time I finished the one Climbo video this one was then removed and I haven't had the change to watch the full video to confirm.
Request🚨‼️: Detailed review statistics dashboard (like Climbo 1.0)
Hi, I would like to request a feature that many agencies and clients find extremely important: a clear statistics dashboard showing the distribution of review ratings and growth over time. Right now we can see how many reviews came in per month, but this does not give enough insight into the actual performance of the review system. What would be very valuable is a dashboard that shows: • Star distribution (how many 1★, 2★, 3★, 4★, 5★ reviews) • Average rating growth over time • Number of reviews gained over time • Platform distribution (Google, Trustpilot, etc.) • Negative feedback collected internally And most importantly: Clients should be able to filter by time period such as: • Last 30 days • Last 3 months • Last 12 months • All time This allows agencies and clients to clearly see: • how their rating improved • how many new reviews were generated • how the star distribution changes over time This was something that worked very well in Climbo 1.0, and I think especially now that review rules are becoming stricter (Google review gating policies), the focus should shift even more toward high-quality review analytics and transparency. Many clients care a lot about these insights because it shows the real impact of the system, not just the number of invitations sent. I have also seen multiple users request this type of dashboard before, so I think it would add a lot of value to the platform. Thanks!

Agreed! And be able to send it out as a monthly report to increase engagement.
Have a how to on QR/NFC signage?
Does anyone have a how to or course on integrating the NFC signs you can get from Alibaba, Temu or elsewhere? I have a printer connection that I would love to work with for blanks. Maybe if Climbo integrated this product feature it could be a new revenue channel for them as our supplier.

@Gurby Bulo Thanks for sharing! In many ways, the supplier(s) are the easy part. I am trying to see what the workflow might be - especially with Climbo integration. The platform provides QR codes - but so do the signs. I would love to be able to integrate the signs into the Climbo platform so we could report to clients that QR1 had x number of scans (and QR2 had x number of scans) to be able to show that the signs (and the platform) were working for our clients.

@Gurby Bulo "The products in the image are my own designs because for me it’s important to build a brand around these products." Exactly!
