Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something wild: the same pattern that makes me doubt my partner loves me (despite tons of evidence) is the exact same pattern that makes me quit courses after day 2. I've been dismissing evidence my whole life. Starting to see myself with compassion eyes for the first time.

Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something wild: I got diagnosed at 62, after a psychiatrist told me at 61 that I met the criteria but it "wasn't causing problems." Six decades of calling myself a "wierdo" and thinking I was just lazy. Turns out the letter I'd write to my 12-year-old self is the one I still need to read.

I'm Riitta from Finland. I've had lot challenges during my life. I was diagnosed while I was on sickleave over two years because of severe burnout. After I returned back to work I have been working part-time. Looking forward to see how this challenge could make a difference. Curious!
