Depth is great but it looks like the bars are a bit too narrow. If you have the opportunity to widen them, I'd recommend you to do so. Could prevent some elbow and shoulder injuries/pain in the future.
A fasted workout means that you train without having a meal before hand The latter means that you do at least eat something before your training. Have you tried any? Which feels better for you?
I have tried a lot. Fasted for me is definitely not best. But what surely works wonders is 1 Banana with 20-30g of honey around 1h to 45min before the workout.
@Enoch Wong Same here. I went all in on Pull. My goal was to achieve the Front Lever from solely working on my weighted PullUp. Eventually it worked but if my focus would have been FL I would have unlocked it earlier. Now I am working on my Push.
